Registration Remarks

Group / Private:

 

Whether you register under an institutional or a private name, you can sign up for a group event as long as you meet the number of participants required.

 

Phone/Email Appointment:

 

First, select the event, plan the number of participants, and check the selected date by phone/email, then leave the contact information by phone/email. Please make a reservation by phone at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event. For public or school holidays, or for groups of 200 or more, it is best to make an appointment 2 months in advance.

 

Effect by an exchange of letters:

 

Within 2 weeks after the telephone/email appointment, please complete the registration form and follow the steps of payment and return the form to us. We will reply within 10 days after receiving the registration form. A copy of the registration form is required for each event. Once the registration is made, the right to participate is not transferable.

 

Changing appointments:

 

2 weeks prior to the event:

 

(1) Increase in the number of people:

 

You are required to contact us by phone. If circumstances permit, you must pay as soon as possible.

 

(2) Reduce the number of people:

 

The number of people cannot be less than the minimum number set for the event. For the convenience of the arrangement, please notify us as soon as possible if the actual number of participants is less than 80% of the number of appointments.

 

(3) Change the event time:

 

The time can only be changed if the selected time is available, otherwise, the fee will not be refunded.

 

(4) Change in activities:

 

The event cannot be changed.


 

Within 2 weeks of the event:

Same as the above. The administrative fee of 100HKD will be charged for each change.
 

Precautions:

 

(1) Offer:

 

Unless otherwise stated in the individual activities, full-time students aged 3 or above and senior citizens aged 60 or above may receive special offers, while others will be required to pay the full fee.

 

(2) Deposit:

 

If the actual number of participants is unknown upon registration, the deposit can be paid within 2 weeks after the telephone appointment.

 

The activity deposit will be determined by different events or activities. Please check at the time of registration.

 

"Guiding tours" and "open visits" must be paid in full at one time

 

Payment Methods

 

(1) Cheque:Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “GOHARVEST TRAVEL LIMITED” and mail with your payment slip to Unit D, 6/F, Office Plus, 303 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or, settle your payment using the HSBC Cheque Deposit Machine in Hong Kong with your crossed cheque. (Please do not staple your cheque with your payment slip.)  Then email, fax (2384-9363) or Whatsapp (6905-4112) the payment slip with the applicant name on to GoHarvest Travel Limited.

 

(2) Transfer:Transfer the payment via ATM to GoHarvest Travel Limited account, then email, fax (2384-9363) or Whatsapp (6905-4112) the payment slip with the applicant name on to GoHarvest Travel Limited.

Bad weather arrangements:

 

If the event is canceled due to bad weather, the company will reschedule the event date. If the application group or individual requests a refund, the company will only refund 70% of the amount, and the rest will be administrative expenses.

 

(1) Guided tours

 

If the Observatory issues any tropical cyclone warning, thunderstorm warning, rainstorm warning or landslip warning within two hours before the event, the guided tour will be canceled. Canceled activities will be arranged separately. Our staff will judge the weather and make a final decision from a professional perspective. Please contact our staff for the latest information on the itinerary.

 

Some outdoor groups will be canceled if the Observatory issues a strong wind signal No. 3 or above, a red or black rainstorm warning within 48 hours before the event or any tropical cyclone warning, thunderstorm warning, rainstorm warning or landslip warning within two hours.

 

If there is any weather change within two hours before the event or during the event, our staff may cancel or shorten the tour guide.

 

(2) Workshop

 

If the Observatory issues a strong wind signal No. 3 or above, a red or black rainstorm warning within 48 hours before the event or any tropical cyclone warning, thunderstorm warning, rainstorm warning or landslip warning within two hours, the event will be canceled.

 

If there is any weather change within two hours before the event or during the event, our staff may cancel or shorten the event.

 

The day of the event:

 

  • All applicants must report at the designated time and place. The fees that have been paid will not be refunded if the participant is late or absent at the date.

 

  • All applicants who fail to participate or request to opt out for personal reasons will not receive a refund and will not be able to change their name, itinerary or reschedule.

 

  • All guided tours, except for special arrangements with pet attendees, are not allowed to bring pets.

 

  • Groups applying for group activities should arrive 10 minutes in advance. If the registration group is late for more than 15 minutes, the event will be canceled and no further arrangements or refunds will be made.

 

  • The company may record the activity process in the form of photographs, photography or audio recordings for use in online or offline media for promotional or educational purposes.
